Thanksgiving is over, and the Christmas Holiday season is in full swing!
Do you get overwhelmed when you think of all that lies ahead during this busy time of year? Some of us love all the activities and the hustle and bustle….and some of us dread the idea of everything that needs to be done in the next few weeks.
Taking good care of yourself is important at any time of the year, but especially during the holiday season. I’ve got a free download for you – The 12 Days of Christmas Self Care. You can download it below.
I hope that you will take the time to exercise self-care. As I say this to you… I’m also saying this to myself. I need to be reminded of this too!
I’ve also created some Holiday Planners and other Christmas printables (sold on Etsy). Sometimes doing a “brain dump”, transferring all of the ideas in your head onto paper, can be a real stress reliever.
These planners will guide you through the brainstorm/braindump process and then prompt you to prioritize your top 3 tasks each day to avoid overwhelm. Some versions include a Bucket List page to inspire you to add some fun and/or relaxing activities to your calendar.
There are several Christmas Planners to choose from. If you l like to keep everything as simple as possible, there is a 10 page version for you. For those who love to plan each and every detail – you will like the 20 page planner or 30 page planner.
Planners can be printed on 8 1/2 x 11 sheets, either as full pages, or 2 per page if you prefer a smaller format.
As you make out your gift list this year, I encourge you to considering giving experiences and/or clutter-free gifts. Family and friends are more likely to remember a special experience than an article of clothing – and youngsters will not outgrow a memory 🙂
Wishing you a Simple & Happy Holiday Season!
❤️ Angie
